One form is the enjoyment you get from being in the presence of brothers and sisters in Christ. You will add so much to that fellowship when you gather for a good time, simply to enjoy life and the blessings God grants through your fellow believers.
The people of Bethel love to join together and not just in the traditional ways. Of course, Bethel members are known to enjoy lots of coffee, cookies, and conversation after the Divine service, but also to gather outside of Sunday mornings. We’ve been known to celebrate summer with wine tastings, visiting each other’s homes for birthday and anniversary celebrations, Halloween costume parties, fall BBQ’s, Christmas caroling, and even our workdays are memorable times filled with much laughter and love. You will bring so much to these events and will get even more out of them.
Your children, too, will have ample opportunity to enjoy each other’s company as we are in the process of reinvigorating our youth program. This summer they will attend a youth gather called Higher Things where they will dive deeply into their spirituality, but also skating parties, services days, lots of pizza, and hopefully, a trip to Noah’s Ark.
